Les Larmes du Dragon

A wine with mineral notes and a beautiful complexity on the palate. This new cuvée, a blend of our Riesling and Pinot-Gris Grand Cru Brand, evokes a local legend: in ancient times, a dragon would have fought with the sun. Defeated and pierced by its rays, its blood would have given the beautiful red colour to this granite terroir. To be served as an aperitif and throughout the meal.
